Factor In Talent’s founder and president, Edith Onderick-Harvey, is an experienced executive consultant. She has led and managed U.S.-based and international assignments for clients that include Fortune 500 companies and a number of smaller firms. Over the course of her career she has been a Partner with Bridge Avenue Partners in charge of marketing, worked with Accenture and had internal leadership roles for five years with BankBoston (now Bank of America) and Fidelity Investments. She has extensive experience in the biotechnology, financial services, consumer products, specialty chemicals and records management industries. She has also done significant work in higher education, charter school foundations and non-profits, and education-related firms.
Edith has published articles on building sustainable talent pipelines and effectively communicating change. She has been quoted in The New York Times, Human Resource Executive, American Executive, U.S. Business Review and CNN.com.She is a member of the Human Capital Institute Executive Research Board. Her work with Harvard University is featured in The Conference Board publication “Evidence-based HR in Action.” She has also done research on how highly successful firms manage leadership talent.
